Stella is a founder and a managing partner at Sansonetti & Bertakis, LLC, concentrating her practice in commercial and residential real estate transactions and planning. As a trusted advocate for her clients, Stella has expertise in all aspects of real estate law from purchase and sale to work-outs, financing and development and condominium conversion and operation. Stella also focuses her practice on estate planning and administration of probate estates and trusts.
Stella has been practicing law in the State of Illinois since 2002. She earned her J.D. degree from DePaul Law School and her B.S. degree from University of Illinois. Stella treats every aspect of her clients’ matters with the detail they expect. Stella is a member of the Illinois State Bar Association , Chicago Bar Association and Schaumburg Business Association. Stella resides in Itasca with her husband and two daughters.
